Transform's authors: Paul Castle and Alan Kerr are vastly experienced in business. Paul is known as the  “ Management Accountant by Qualification, Entrepreneur by Orientation”. His unique experiences working with and transforming hundreds of businesses are distilled into this easy-to-follow  formula for success - TRANSFORM.

Paul's journey, from his early days in his father's Pie n Mash shop in Campden ( more latterly Amy Winehouse’s favourite haunt), to the rigours of working for Rupert Murdoch in Sydney, and on to the investment bank, Warburgs, in the City, honed his unique skills and talents for business transformations. 

Applying “big boys” strategies and mindset to smaller SMEs became his trademark for success in his own Management Accounting Business; Castle Heslop, based in Biggin Hill, Kent.

Originally, a Barrister, Alan's second career started in his family's Travel Business where he developed a taste for marketing.  Working with numerous local businesses in his native Surrey and throughout the UK,  US and Europe, Alan specialises in bringing cutting edge digital marketing, with a special focus on AI to SMEs, professionals and entrepreneurs.
